Christmas Crafts

(formerly known as Advent Afternoon)

Join us on Sunday, December 1s from 3:00-5:00 pm

You will have the opportunity to make dozens of your own crafts from the materials we provide. Always a fun event for children and adults alike!

The cost of $5/per person (or $20 for a Family) helps to offset the cost of the materials.

Leave from this event with presents, decorations and great memories of starting off the season right!

Parents Night Out

Additional Information

If you're looking for a moment to steal away from the kiddos, then we have the night for you! Our volunteers and staff who have all passed background checks and are trained in CPR/First Aid take over for the night.

On December 7th, from 4:00-7:00 pm bring your kids to the church for a night to remember. This is a free event, but we ask that you please register in advance by emailing: office@pcotw.org

Children from ages 0-10 are welcome to participate. We will have food, games, music, crafts and a holiday-themed movie to keep them occupied while you are away.

Kids Christmas pageant

Additional Information

On Sunday December 8th @ 5:00 pm  come see the children of PCOTW put on a traditional (and not-so traditional) pageant that retells the Christmas story. It's a journey that will take you from Galilee where a carpenter is visited by an angel in a dream; to the desert where visitors from the East follow a star and a promise.

It's not Broadway, or even the Guthrie, but it will be fun, cute as a button, and audience-participatory. Don't miss this new Christmas tradition!

Join us on Tuesday, December 10th from 2:00-5:00 pm for a Free event.

Enjoy tea or coffee, and homemade treats that just scream "Christmas." From bars and cookies to finger sandwiches, you'll feel like royalty at our annual Christmas Tea!

Silent Auction

Additional Information

For many years now, the youth silent auction has become a community tradition. Bidding opens on December 15th at 9:00 am and closes promptly at 6:00 pm (at the beginning of the Christmas Concert). You may pick up your winnings and pay the cashier following the Christian Concert (roughly 8:00 pm).

The proceeds for this silent auction go to Presbyterian Church of the Way's youth mission trip fund. Each year the Jr and Sr high youth take separate trips to different locations to help serve the community.

If you would like to donate items for the silent auction, we will need them no later than December 12th. You may contact the office for more information: office@pcotw.org

It is one of the highlight events of the season and we hope that you will join us.
